Refund and Return Policy
At Reboot Technologies, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable and professional laptop and PC repair services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for every service we perform.
Service Warranty – 60 Days
All our repairs come with a 60-day warranty covering the parts we’ve replaced and the work we’ve done. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will re-diagnose and repair it at no additional cost.
Please Note:
- Warranty covers the same fault and the parts originally replaced.
- Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with, misused, or damaged after the repair (e.g., drops, liquid damage, power surges).
Refunds
As we provide services (not physical products), refunds are only offered under specific conditions:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to complete the agreed repair and you choose not to proceed further.
- The issue was misdiagnosed and we cannot resolve it after a second attempt.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- The device was fully repaired and is functioning as expected.
- New, unrelated faults occur after the repair.
- You change your mind after the service is completed.
Returns
Since we do not sell physical goods, returns do not apply to our business. However, if any hardware we’ve supplied during a repair is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it under warranty.
How to Request a Warranty Repair or Refund
To initiate a warranty claim or refund request:
- Contact us at info@rebootech.co.uk within 60 days of service.
- Provide your receipt or job reference number.
- Explain the issue clearly and we will arrange a time to inspect the device.
We aim to resolve all claims quickly and fairly. Your trust matters to us, and we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
