What We Repair
While we specialise in the repair of laptops, desktop PCs, and gaming consoles, we’re open to working on a wide range of electronic devices. We’re happy to assess the issue and offer repair services—either as a one-off job or through a service agreement.
If you operate a repair business and would like to outsource complex board-level repairs, we can offer trade pricing and a “no fix, no fee” policy for bulk or regular work.
Repair Assessment & Process
Once your device arrives with us, it will be inspected and diagnosed. In the event that your device cannot be repaired, we charge a flat diagnostic fee of £25 to cover the time and resources used during assessment.
However, if a successful repair is carried out, this fee is waived entirely.
Repairs may be recorded and shared on our YouTube channel for educational and entertainment purposes, with all personal data removed to protect your privacy. You can opt out of this when booking your device.
When your repair is complete, you’ll be notified by email. Please ensure your device is collected or paid for within 3 months of notification. Unclaimed devices beyond this period may be recycled or responsibly disposed of.
Fixed Pricing for Common Repairs
For common faults such as “laptop not turning on”, we offer a fixed-price repair depending on the device type:
- Standard laptops – base rate
- Gaming laptops and MacBooks – higher tier due to costlier parts
We aim to keep our pricing competitive for frequent repairs, including:
- Screen replacements
- Charging ports (USB-C, Micro-USB, Lightning, etc.)
- HDMI ports
- Battery replacements
- Windows OS issues
- Keyboards and hinges
Liquid Damage Repairs
We also provide services for liquid-damaged devices. Please note that once a device has been cleaned or partially repaired, other faults may become apparent—such as issues with keyboards, trackpads, or touchscreens. These will require additional work and may incur extra charges.
Similarly, replacing a charging or HDMI port may expose further issues that prevent the device from powering or displaying correctly. We’ll always inform you before proceeding with any additional work.
Remote Repairs & National Service
You don’t need to live nearby to benefit from expert repairs. Even if you searched for a “repair shop near me”, we offer a convenient mail-in service that gives you access to professional repairs from wherever you are in the UK. Once repaired, we’ll return your device securely and efficiently.
